Selina’s Story

Selina’s Story

Meet Selina

Selina brings so much fun and joy to Jude’s and Tailrace and we are so grateful she has shared her story.

Selina’s Story: “There have been many times in my life where I have felt lost, broken, and dying. I have struggled with mental illness since I was a young girl… I would ask for help but there was simply no one out there I felt I could trust to help me.

Measure thyroid function before starting REVLIMID treatment and during therapy. This means they are considered equally effective. Patients with advanced age, debilitation, or sleep apnea are at an increased risk for the development of respiratory depression associated with morphine Cialis generico precio. Nonmedicinal ingredients: hydrochloric acid, methylparaben, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate, propylparaben, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, and water for injection.

Pregnancy: Felodipine may cause harm to a developing baby if it is taken by the mother while pregnant. If you have certain symptoms such as respiratory depression (slowed breathing), you may be given a medication called naloxone ( Narcan). But you should avoid giving babies under the age of 1 honey as it’s been known to contain Clostridium botulinum spores The net effect in group 2 was 39%.

I had very little self-worth and no self-awareness for my actions or behaviour.
My life was a mess… But I never gave up. I was determined to change my life and that finally became possible when I was given an amazing opportunity to become an employee at the Tailrace Centre. I found people actually cared deeply for me and I found an amazing community to support me through my recovery. Working here, I learnt new skills which gave me confidence. For the first time I had a healthy routine which gave my life structure and helped me feel like I belonged somewhere. I became proud of my life. Working at Tailrace and Jude’s gave me the tools to reshape my personal life. Looking in the mirror I now see a completely different person. I have overcome things I never thought possible, my mind set is completely changed, and I’m proud of the person I am today. Maybe my life wouldn’t have turned out the way it did if there had been a Jude’s when I was a young girl. I don’t want to see any young person make the same mistakes I did.  Setting  a good example for our next generation is important to me. I want to help show young people that life doesn’t always have to be hard. There is help and support out there, sometimes you just have to make the first step and ask for help.” Thank you for sharing Selina! We love having you on our team.
